Return & Refund Policy

-   No returns, refunds or exchanges of product are available once your order is confirmed.

 

-   Customer may request for the return or exchange of the Products within sever (7) days from the date on which the Product is delivered with the following cases:

  • Defective products which are not attributable to customer
  • Wrong item received

 

-   Products return will be accepted with the following conditions:

  • Items in original purchase condition, with all tags, documentations and original packing intact.
  • Original printed Delivery Notice / Receipt returned with items as proof of purchase
  • Customer has to notify us via email at joselyn@exportxcel.com for the request of return and followed our guidance before sending back the original product.
  • For wrong item received, customer must notify us via email at joselyn@exportxcel.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For defective products, customer must notify us via email at joselyn@exportxcel.com within 1 week from delivery.

 

-   Customer shall be responsible for all the necessary expenses incurred, such as postage or any delivery costs in connection with any return or exchange made.

 

-   Return items will be processed and delivered out within 7 working days from the date of received.

 

-   In the event the return or exchange requests does not notify us earlier through email, the returning proceedings and refund will NOT be entertained.

 

-   In the event the request for exchange is made and the relevant product is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace with alternative version of the item to customer.
